Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Graham Automotive Group – Sioux Falls, SD
Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accounting? Graham Automotive Group is seeking a reliable Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing dealership. Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of all incoming funds.
• Reconcile daily deposits and ensure accuracy of customer accounts.
• Work with the sales and service departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and send invoices/statements as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances in a professional manner.

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Accurately process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of all payables and vendor files.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous AR/AP experience required; dealership or automotive industry experience is strongly preferred .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DealerTrack or other dealership software experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus).
