Our client is a growing food production company in the United States dedicated to delivering high-quality food products while maintaining efficient operations and excellent customer service. The company works closely with suppliers distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day production and administrative processes.
As the business continues to expand they are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative tasks coordinate operations and help maintain efficient workflow management across the organization.
Role Overview
This is a fully remote full-time role for a detail-oriented Admin Virtual Assistant who will provide administrative and operational support to the companys management and internal teams. The role focuses on scheduling data management communication reporting and general administrative coordination to help ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails calendars and daily schedules for managers and team members
- Handle data entry document organization and file management accurately
- Coordinate meetings appointments and internal communications
- Prepare reports spreadsheets and administrative documents as needed
- Monitor inventory records purchase orders and supplier coordination
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries professionally via email and phone
- Assist with order tracking logistics coordination and operational follow-ups
- Maintain organized digital records and company databases
- Support HR and onboarding administrative tasks when necessary
- Provide general administrative and customer support assistance
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant Admin Assistant Executive Assistant or customer support role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Experience handling emails scheduling and administrative coordination
- Familiarity with food production manufacturing or logistics operations is an advantage
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
