Job Type : Contract (6 Months + Potential to extend)
Compensation : $24/hr + $1 on Weekends
Industry: Powersports
Schedule: Training Period
• Week 1: Tues-Fri, 8hr days (onsite Tues, Wed, Thurs)
• Week 2: Mon-Fri, 8hr days (onsite Tues, Wed, Thurs)
After Training
• Thurs-Sun (onsite Thurs)
• 4, 10hr days (8am-7pm)

About the Role
We are partnering with a leading powersports and outdoor recreation company to hire an Adventures Support Specialist to join their Service and Operations Support Team. Our client is a nationally recognized brand that connects enthusiasts with premium ride and drive experiences through a curated network of 250+ independent Outfitters across the country. Their membership program offers access to a wide portfolio of on-road vehicles, off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, and pontoons, delivering safe, year-round adventures for individuals, couples, families, and groups of all skill levels.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced, growth-focused team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences to both Outfitters (B2B) and Members (B2C). This position follows the client's hybrid work schedule and may require occasional nights and weekends as scheduled. Job Description
As an Adventures Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for Outfitters and Members, supporting daily operations and ensuring a premium experience across every interaction. You will navigate a variety of systems to troubleshoot concerns, deliver solutions, and escalate complex issues as needed. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and enjoys building long-term relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Outfitter Support:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Outfitters (B2B) via CRM and phone system.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to daily Outfitter program inquiries.
  • Deliver ad-hoc training to Outfitters on adventure tools and processes, including booking platforms, learning systems, check in/out procedures, insurance, accounting, and program policies.
  • Communicate key information about Outfitters and Members to leadership, including competitive intelligence, growth initiatives, marketing activities, and support trends or concerns.
  • Recognize unique situations and escalate as appropriate.
  • Partner with Regional Account Managers to build long-term Outfitter relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
Member Support:
  • Provide a premium experience for the client's membership program, resolving issues and delivering solutions that create positive customer interactions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for member support, handling inquiries and requests, and handing off qualified leads to the Sales team.
  • Facilitate member reservations, maintain accurate reservation data, and support member bookings with knowledge of catalog offerings and processes.
Xchange Team Support:
  • Provide Tier 1 support for the Xchange team via the internal case platform.
Internal Team Support:
  • Assist internal teams with data entry and other ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Ability to navigate a variety of systems to problem-solve Outfitter and Member concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process flows while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to build rapport through verbal and written communication.
  • Self-motivated, high performer who takes initiative and anticipates customer needs.
  • Ability to negotiate challenges, remove barriers, and work through issues independently.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work professionally with a diverse group of individuals and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Must be open to working nights and weekends as scheduled.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Previous experience supporting a dealer, outfitter, or membership-based program.
  • Experience working in a hybrid, growth-focused environment.
