Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and data-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to spearhead the execution, recruitment, and incremental optimization of our multi-brand performance partnership ecosystem under a permanent, full-time remote configuration based within the United States. In this high-impact performance marketing seat, you will claim daily operational ownership over our active affiliate network, ensuring data integrity, tracking metrics compliance, and partnership scaling velocities. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data transcription logs, basic generic copy writing blocks, or standard entry-level manual helpdesk support routing, you will operate an active high-volume publisher onboarding, conversion-to-revenue tracking, and multi-platform data visualization laboratory. Partnering directly beside distributed content production squads, digital product owners, and e-commerce growth cells, you will transform data insights into actionable merchant expansion tracks. This position requires an operational marketing specialist with 1-3 years of history who maps partner buyer journeys fluidly natively using Affiliate Marketing and programmatic tracking tools, commands practical experience with prominent networks like Impact or Rakuten, and translates complex performance datasets into clear, executive-ready growth recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Ecosystem Governance: Manage the comprehensive, day-to-day operations of Ashley Digital’s global performance marketing networks across all digital touchpoints and platforms natively utilizing Affiliate Marketing best practices.
• Publisher Recruitment and Instrumentation: Identify, source, onboard, and develop long-term collaborative relations with high-quality content sites, digital influencers, mass media partners, and niche product reviewers.
• Compliance and Integrity Control: Monitor real-time publisher activities continuously, enforcing strict brand guidelines, auditing coupon code utilization, and patching fraudulent conversion loops to protect program integrity.
• Performance Telemetry & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on critical operational marketing KPIs—encompassing traffic conversion rates, click-through metrics, return on ad spend (ROAS), and affiliate commission parameters.
• Spreadsheet and Dashboard Automation: Build, manage, and optimize data reporting modules within modern tracking frameworks to translate messy transaction variables into scannable charts.
• Creative and Resource Coordination: Partner closely next to internal design, creative copy, and branding squads to furnish affiliate networks with compliant, high-performing visual assets and promotional resources.
• Cross-Functional Strategy Syncing: Collaborate face-to-face across Sales, Inventory Management, and Product teams to align target partner incentives with broader corporate quarterly inventory demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Possess a formal Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-Commerce, or a matching quantitative discipline.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of proven, successful professional history operating within an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketer, Channel Partnerships Coordinator, Digital Growth Analyst, or closely matching tech-driven client acquisition capacity.
• Expert Performance Platform Command: Direct, practical working literacy managing tracking scripts, link allocations, and partner accounts natively inside enterprise affiliate software suites (specifically Impact Radius or Rakuten LinkShare ecosystems).
• Outstanding analytical, logical reasoning, and spreadsheet habits, with a preferred background transforming complex database points into scannable charts using modern tools (such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI ).
• Outstanding written, verbal, and relationship communication strengths in English, with an established history presenting conversion summaries cleanly to cross-functional teams.
• Location & Legal Context: Position operates under 100% remote parameters open exclusively to qualified digital marketing specialists residing permanently within and authorized to work legally inside the United States .

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior platform or functional growth experience handling affiliate funnels specifically for high-volume B2C e-commerce websites, home furnishings, or consumer mattress verticals .
• Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM attribution logic, programmatic advertising nodes, or managing direct programmatic search publisher exceptions.
