Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all patrons while on property.
  • Manage daily golf operations in the Golf Shop.
  • Maintain a positive image while on and off property and throughout the community.
  • Provide private golf instruction to both members and guests.
  • Be a part of a team-oriented culture with an eagerness to learn and develop.
  • Ensure all staff is adhering to all policies and procedures while at the facility.
  • Responsible for inventory controls, checking-in of merchandise in accordance with procedures, organization of storage and display areas.
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures and ensure all revenue and rounds are captured.
  • Help organize and execute member programs as well as corporate outings.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments regarding golf activities and employee matters.
