Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations, including food and beverage service, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Develop craft cocktail programs and wine list.
• Maintaing proper pour cost.
• Lead, motivate, and train bar staff on customer service excellence, food preparation, POS systems 
• Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, kitchen management, and alcohol service.
• Manage shift schedules, assign tasks to team members, and support staffing needs during busy periods.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender or bar supervisor.
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food management, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and managing restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Skilled in cash handling, budgeting, shift management, and restaurant management practices.
• Background in fine dining or casual dining environments with banquet or catering experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills for interviewing candidates, training staff, and managing customer relations.
