Bedard Bros Auto Sales is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team in Cheshire, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality automotive body repairs and restorations, ensuring vehicles are restored to their original condition with precision and care. Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs including frame straightening, welding, and panel replacement.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare them for repair by assessing necessary materials and labor.
• Operate body shop equipment such as spray guns, welders, and paint booths safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all repairs meet company and industry quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet repair deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role in an automotive repair shop.
• Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical diagrams.
• Detail oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform hands-on repairs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
