Position Summary

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader skilled in front-of-house operations, team development, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining room service, staffing, and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and coach front-of-house team members to uphold service standards
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with culinary and events teams to ensure seamless service execution
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and productivity to meet financial goals
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships for front-of-house needs
• Support private events, weddings, and seasonal programming as needed
• Analyze performance metrics (sales, labor, guest feedback) to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or upscale dining preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality standards
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in event-driven or hospitality venue environments
• Familiarity with farm-to-table or seasonal dining concepts
• Background in wine service or beverage program management
