Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in business operations, administration, customer service, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced on-site environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
