  • Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Monitor and record residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents to enhance their quality of life.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident living areas.
  • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal resident care.
Requirements
  • Current CNA certification in the state of Kentucky.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or personal care setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours on a PRN basis.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
