Business Development Representative (BDR)

Downtown Toronto | 3 Days In-Office | FinTech Industry

We're hiring driven new grads on behalf of our customer, a fast-growing FinTech company. They are building the next generation of sales leaders and looking for ambitious individuals ready to compete and grow.

This is not a passive entry-level role. This is a launchpad.

What You'll Be Doing

• Calling CEOs of small and mid-sized tech and professional services businesses
• Booking qualified demos for Account Executives
• Researching companies and identifying growth opportunities
• Learning how high-performance outbound sales teams operate
• Mastering objection handling and executive-level conversations

You'll be on the phones in week one. You'll receive structured coaching weekly. Your impact will be visible immediately.

• Team scaled rapidly
• Multiple internal promotions into Account Executive and leadership roles

Compensation

• $60,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission
