Position Overview:

The Food Truck Operator will oversee the day-to-day operations of our mobile juice bar business, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from staff scheduling and inventory management to event logistics and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Partners with owner on scheduling, planning, and execution of events and service locations
• Coordinate and supervise logistics including truck setup, breakdown, and transportation
• Maintain all operational systems, ensuring equipment, supplies, and inventory are ready and functioning
• Review weekly staff schedules and event assignments
• Lead pre-event briefings and post-event recaps
• Track, order, and pick up and deliver product ingredients, packaging, and supplies
• Monitor inventory to reduce waste and optimize cost
• Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and health code standards are met or exceeded
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and event coordination
• Greet customers, take customer orders, share promotional information with customers
• Resolve issues with professionalism and a customer-first mindset

Qualifications:

• 1+ years education |experience in restaurant management, hospitality, food service, or event production
• Experience guiding teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to events
• Serve Safe Certificate | Food Managers Permit
• Passion for wellness, community, and customer service
