Maintain and update design templates, style guides, and asset libraries to support organizational efficiency.

Ensure all graphics meet accessibility, formatting, and compliance requirements for government and corporate standards.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and refine visual materials as needed.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field and 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in government, defense, or technical settings.

Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Strong experience creating printed and digital materials, including technical reports, brochures, and multi‑element layouts.

Ability to turn complex or vague concepts into clear, professional visuals.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Experience preparing briefing packages, documentation, certificates, technical reports, and other visual materials.
