At Great Clips Carpenter Crossings, our stylists typically serve 15+ guests per day , creating steady tip opportunities and an average effective wage of $27–$32 per hour through hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses.

This is a high-traffic salon where you can focus on cutting hair instead of worrying about building your own clientele.

Many of our stylists joined after working in slower salons where building a book was difficult. Here, you walk into a steady flow of guests every shift.

What We Offer:

• Average effective earnings of $27–$32 per hour
• $1,000 sign-on bonus paid throughout your first year

• Maximum 5 days / 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan cosmetology license
• Professional and reliable
• Strong customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable cutting all hair types
