TruBlue of Flower Mound is a Home Ally Service company dedicated to providing premium handyman services with bonded and insured
Appliance Repair Experience (Required) The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience and the ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs for the following household appliances without supervision:
- Dishwasher (including water leaks, drainage issues, heater or control failures)
- Food disposer (garbage disposal)
- Washing machine
- Clothes dryer
- Oven / range
- Microwave
- Refrigerator
Candidates should be able to:
- Accurately troubleshoot appliance issues
- Perform repairs safely and efficiently
- Replace common components and parts when necessary
- Test and confirm proper operation after repair
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- This role requires a technician who can complete appliance repair jobs independently, without escalation to third-party appliance specialists.
We are looking for a seasoned Team Leader with the following experience:
- Bathroom upgrades / remodel
- Drywall repair / patching/ caulking
- Flooring repair and installation
- General carpentry
- General home repairs and handyman work
- Kitchen repair / remodel
- Minor plumbing and electrical
- Painting interior and exterior

The appropriate candidate for the Lead Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs
like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those
candidates are welcome to apply.
- Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also be a legal citizen of the US and
- speak fluent English.

- Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
