As an HR Director , you'll be a key strategic partner to senior business leaders, shaping people strategies that fuel business performance and organizational growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll influence decisions, guide transformation, and help build an exceptional employee experience across a global organization.
You'll translate business priorities into forward-thinking HR strategies that strengthen leadership, accelerate talent, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Leveraging data, insights, and a deep understanding of the business, you'll help leaders navigate change, develop high-performing teams, and foster an inclusive culture grounded in Thermo Fisher Scientific's 4i Values—Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $160,100.00–$213,400.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
