WHO YOU ARE You are a U.S. citizen with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or similar, and 1–4 years of product development or adjacent experience. You have a strong foundation in core design skills including sketching, form development, 3D CAD (SOLIDWORKS preferred), and rendering. You are developing the ability to translate concepts into well-resolved 3D geometry while maintaining design intent. You are a curious and observant designer who pays attention to the details of everyday products—the things that work well and the things that don’t. You have a strong sense of empathy and can understand and articulate human factors, ergonomics, and user experience in your design work. You are passionate about design, prototyping, and continuously developing your skills.
