What You’ll Do
· Drive Growth: Promote and secure new insurance business while maintaining and servicing existing policies and valued policyholders.
· Follow Best Practices: Conduct business in alignment with company guidelines, underwriting requirements, and ethical standards.
· Provide Outstanding Service: Deliver excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders, fostering positive relationships across the board.
· Collaborate with Leaders: Work alongside regional sales managers, Farm Bureau Federation coordinators, and local Farm Bureau Boards to support member service initiatives and county activities.
· Maintain Excellence: Meet or exceed training, production, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent professional development.
· Assess and Document: Travel to client locations to document and assess insured properties as part of the underwriting process.

· Insurance Expertise: Knowledge of all insurance lines, including life, health, property, and casualty.
· Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and represent Missouri Farm Bureau professionally.
· Organizational Savvy: A knack for planning, prioritizing, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to addressing client needs and delivering solutions.
· Team-Oriented Spirit: Collaborate seamlessly with Customer Service Representatives and Home Office personnel to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements to Succeed
· Licensing: Must hold valid licenses for all lines of insurance sold by Missouri Farm Bureau and meet state and company education requirements.
· Driving: A valid Missouri driver’s license is required, as the role involves local travel to meet clients and inspect properties.
· Physical Capability: This role requires walking, sitting, standing, climbing, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations are available.
