VIP Systems is a South Florida Low Voltage integrator specializing in complex technology infrastructure (cabling, security, and access control) for luxury high-rise developments.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury high-rise technology builds, bridging the gap between clients, general contractors, and field teams. This high-energy role requires a strategic thinker capable of balancing budgets, timelines, and technical requirements within a fast-paced construction environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from hand-off to close-out, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for GCs and Developers, attending on-site meetings and providing technical guidance.
  
• Resource Allocation: Schedule field crews, coordinate material deliveries, and manage subcontractor relationships to keep site operations fluid.
  
• Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs, approve purchase orders, and manage change orders to protect project margins.
  
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage RFIs and submittals while ensuring all project folders, COIs, and Lien Waivers are organized and processed correctly.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5+ years of project management experience specifically in low voltage, electrical, or security systems integration.
  
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or AutoDesk.
  
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of structured cabling, access control, and CCTV systems within a construction environment.
  
• Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
  
• Education/Certification: Degree in Construction Management or PMP/BICSI certifications are a plus.
