Job Description

Maintenance Technician Location We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Must be available for Holidays and weekends. Benefits:

* Compensation: Hours: Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special events dates. Job Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry * Respond promptly to guest service requests for maintenance issues * Inspect and maintain building systems including safety equipment and emergency lighting * Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and systems * Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems and equipment * Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and maintenance shop * Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or landscaping * Work with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs * Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance logs * Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security procedures Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus * Proven experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or related field * Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems * Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays * Must pass background check and have reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications: * Hotel or hospitality maintenance experience * EPA certification or relevant trade license LRC2 Management is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
