This position provides strategic operational and fiscal leadership for Florida SouthWestern State Colleges noncredit continuing education portfolioincluding corporate training workforce development community education professionaldevelopment test preparation camps seminars and micro-credential offerings. The Manager isresponsible for growing revenue improving net contribution monitoring program performanceand ensuring that Continuing Education operates as a self-supporting high-quality market-responsive unit that aligns with regional workforce and community needs. This role functions witha strong business and service orientation and is accountable for developing sustainable revenuestreams identifying underperforming offerings and implementing systems that provide clearvisibility into program-level financial performance.
