• Active NC CNA certification
• Your own reliable transportation and a valid license
• A dependable, on-time approach — Medicaid clients count on consistency
• Flexibility to adapt if your case includes more than one client in a day

Good to know: most days you'll be assigned to one client for your 4-hour block. When additional cases are open, we may offer you a second client on the same day if you're interested in more hours — but that's optional, not required. This role works whether you want exactly 4 hours a day or you're open to picking up more when it's available. On pay: this is entry-level Medicaid compensation, with travel time factored into the rate rather than paid separately.
