Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• We are looking for at least 3 years of practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP development, implementation, and technical support.
• You should be proficient in Dexterity, eConnect, Integration Manager, and C#/.NET.
• You need advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
• You should have a solid understanding of the Dynamics GP database structure.
• You must bring strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex integrations and custom code.
• You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical finance stakeholders.
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications.
• Preferred: Experience with Dynamics GP migrations to platforms such as Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance and Operations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with financial and clinical laboratory workflows, especially in healthcare or diagnostics environments.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI integration with Dynamics GP.

• We design, develop, and deploy custom customizations within the Dynamics GP environment using tools such as Dexterity, Modifier with VBA, and Visual Studio Tools.
• We build and maintain data integrations between Dynamics GP and other enterprise systems, including CRM, billing, and HR platforms, using eConnect, Integration Manager, and custom API development in C#/.NET.
• We write and tune complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers, and we create reports and dashboards with SSRS and SmartList Builder.
• We serve as the technical escalation point for Dynamics GP issues and troubleshoot system errors, performance issues, and data integrity concerns.
• We support planning, testing, and rollout of Dynamics GP upgrades, service packs, and third-party ISV installations.
• We produce and maintain clear technical documentation for customizations and integrations, and we collaborate with business analysts, finance teams, and technical leaders to define and refine requirements.
