Packer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Inspect finished castings to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Organize products for efficient packing and shipment.
• Package castings securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Follow customer and company packaging specifications.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all shipments.
• Meet productivity and performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Support overall quality and safety standards within a foundry setting

Packer Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (often 350+ lbs).
• Comfortable working around metal parts and machinery and work in a hot environment.
• Able to stand, walk, and move for long periods.
• Basic attention to detail for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety rules and wear required protective gear.
• Team player with a good work ethic
