About the Role Our client, a global leader in the powersports, outdoor recreation, and utility vehicle industry, is seeking a Part-Time Office and Facility Coordinator to support daily operations at their Novi, Michigan facility. This position plays an important role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace by coordinating office services, facility operations, vendor activities, safety initiatives, and administrative processes.

Job Description As the Part-Time Office and Facility Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the office while serving as a key point of contact for facility-related matters, workplace services, and administrative functions.
Office & Facility Operations - Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and coordinate the flow of internal and external communications.
- Order, maintain, and track office supply inventory.
- Help maintain office cleanliness and coordinate workplace upkeep activities.
- Manage snack and beverage inventory and maintain common break areas.
- Assign employee seating, prepare workstations, and create employee name tags.
- Submit invoices for facility-related expenses, including utilities and recurring office services.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including package and vehicle deliveries.
IT, Audio/Visual & Network Coordination - Serve as the primary on-site contact for IT teams regarding network, audio/visual, and technology support needs.
Safety & Compliance - Coordinate workplace safety postings and facility qualification requirements.
- Schedule and support monthly safety audits and inspections.
- Track and assist with annual environmental compliance reporting activities.
Financial & Lease Administration - Partner with finance teams on lease-related payments and common area maintenance reconciliations.
- Coordinate with property management and vendors for building services, including HVAC maintenance, fire inspections, and other facility-related work orders.
Security & Asset Management - Manage employee badge creation and access administration.
- Maintain facility equipment records and asset inventories for reporting purposes.
Work Environment & Schedule - Professional office environment with a standard cubicle-based workspace.
- Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Opportunity for additional hours based on facility activity and business needs.
- Position requires regular on-site presence to support office and facility operations.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, facilities coordination, or related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a professional office environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience supporting facility operations, workplace services, or office management functions.
- Experience coordinating vendors, building services, or workplace safety activities.
- Familiarity with invoice processing, lease administration, or facilities-related financial tracking.
- Experience supporting employee onboarding activities, workspace setup, or badge/access management.
