Pay Ranges: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Bonus for Full-Time Position: $4,000 Hiring & Retention Bonus (Limited Time Offer)

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to assist Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to residents. This role focuses on supporting mobility, strength, and functional outcomes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Whether you are an  experienced therapist or a new graduate , you will find a respectful environment that supports learning, confidence, and meaningful teamwork. 

Reporting: This position reports directly to the Physical Therapist and collaborates with the rehabilitation team and interdisciplinary staff. 

Role Overview 

  • Implement physical therapy treatment plans under PT supervision 
  • Document therapy sessions and resident progress accurately and timely 
  • Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, mobility, and functional activities 
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team 
  • Participate in care conferences and therapy-related activities, as applicable 


What We’re Looking For  

  • Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing 
  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program 
  • New graduates are welcome to apply; experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred 
  • Knowledge of PDPM and basic documentation standards 
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills 
  • Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care 
  • Physical ability to safely assist residents with mobility and therapeutic activities
