Physician Assistant – Internal Medicine Opportunity (Southern Washington State)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established Internal Medicine practice in beautiful Southern Washington State.
The majority of our patient population is elderly, many of whom require ongoing management of chronic conditions and pain medication.

Position Overview:
As a key member of our healthcare team, the Physician Assistant (or Nurse Practitioner) will work closely with our Internal Medicine physicians to provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients.

Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a caring bedside manner are essential.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

• Full-time position with a 4-day work week.

• Competitive salary range: $140,000 – $150,000, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
