Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker/Packer for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM
• Monday - Friday
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $16.50 / hour 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to support warehouse operations by accurately picking, inspecting, and packing clothing items for shipment. This role ensures order accuracy, product quality, and timely fulfillment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick clothing items from inventory shelves based on order slips or digital pick lists
• Inspect garments for quality, size, and accuracy
• Pack items securely and neatly according to packing guidelines
• Label packages accurately and prepare for shipping
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items (up to 30 lbs).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
