The Production Operator works as part of a collaborative team responsible for assembling complete products or product components in a manufacturing environment. This role involves rotating through multiple tasks in the assembly process, following standard operating procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a manufacturing environment with exposure to fumes, chemicals, temperature changes, and other typical production conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses and other safety gear, is required as specified by safety protocols. The position involves standing for up to 10 hours per shift and repeatedly lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds throughout the day. You will frequently bend, twist, and move materials as part of normal duties. Strict adherence to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and the use of safety locks, is required to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
