The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones and updating schedules for over employees. Additionally, this position provides administrative office support as required. Essential Job Functions:

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

• High volume phones
• Assist with HR and Accounting department
• Ordering supplies
• Scheduling changes for over 200 field employees.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in office administrative
• Bilingual – Spanish and English preferred
• H.S. Diploma, GED or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and Other Characteristics:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented and capable of producing quality work
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to responsibilities
• Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels; able to work in a collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette.
• Professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
