Job Description

SUMMIT is a leading commercial restoration and waterproofing contractor serving Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. For more than 20 years, we have helped owners, property managers, and general contractors protect and restore some of the region's most complex structures. Our services include waterproofing, sealants, structural repair, historic restoration, building envelope restoration, coatings, roofing, insulation, and specialty access solutions. SUMMIT is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support our safety program and work closely with our Safety Manager. This role will play a key part in maintaining our safety culture through administrative support, onboarding coordination, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual, with a strong ability to communicate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of the company’s safety program
  • Coordinate and lead new hire safety onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain safety documentation, logs, and compliance records
  • Track training requirements and certifications for field personnel
  • Assist with internal reporting, data tracking, and safety metrics
  • Provide general administrative support related to safety and HR functions

Qualifications:

  • Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Safety certifications (OSHA or similar) are a plus
