Job Description

Salary: $155,400 - 210,200 per year Requirements:

• We need 7+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and closing business agreements.
• We need 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• We require a bachelors degree or an equivalent qualification.
• We need 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
• We need experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Preferred: experience analyzing data and translating it into business recommendations.
• Preferred: experience negotiating complex agreements with a strong grasp of legal terminology and reasoning.

• We lead sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and execution of real estate transactions, including land purchases and leases.
• We partner cross-functionally with Legal, Design Engineering, Economic Development, Public Policy, Construction, and Capacity Planning to shape regional real estate strategy.
• We drive the entitlement process and coordinate engagement with the relevant jurisdictions for each transaction.
• We help develop site plans that align with market conditions while meeting investment assumptions.
• We collaborate to build project schedules and development budgets, and we track hard and soft costs.
• We lead vendors, consultants, and contractors to support acquisition, entitlements, and delivery.
• We contribute to ongoing improvements in our internal processes and reporting.
• We travel as required.
