TOSSWARE is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in shatterproof, sustainable drinkware. Our mission is to provide our customers with stylish, customizable, and eco-friendly drinkware solutions. We are looking for a passionate Social Media & Marketing Intern who's ready to learn and assist with day-to-day efforts.

Internship Overview

The main scope of this internship will encompass video creation for our social platforms (primarily TikTok and Instagram), PR and creator coordination, copywriting, and market research. It's an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience at a fast-paced brand. This is an unpaid, for-credit internship that does not lead to paid employment or include employee benefits.

This role will work from our Buena Park office two to three days a week. We are seeking candidates who are available to start in June 2026.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging TikTok videos that align with our brand identity.
• Stay up to date on TikTok trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance content quality.
• Identify potential influencers and creators in our industry.
• Assist with outreach to build partnerships and collaborations with relevant influencers.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks for the influencer program.
• Contribute to writing engaging blog posts on industry trends, company updates, and product launches.
• Assist with routine Shopify tasks, including product and content updates and promotions.
• Support the coordination of shipments for PR packages to influencers and collaborators.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of marketing, communication, and brand development.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
