Job Description

Salary: $64,480 - 85,280 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Background in healthcare is preferred
• Experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with document composition
• Familiarity with data management, business needs analysis, consulting, customer communications, client services, marketing, project management, and quality control processes
• Experience working with the CCM platform and related communication workflows is a plus

• Support the development of our Customer Communications/Document Composition Center of Excellence, including platform capabilities, operating model, and support for our OptumRx products and services
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for all aspects of the CCM platform internally
• Partner with marketing leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to build a scalable CCM platform that meets business needs in a cost-effective and timely manner
• Define, track, and deliver quality metrics tied to the accuracy and timeliness of communications projects moving through our platform and team
• Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify issues and improve the end-to-end CCM lifecycle for member and provider communication projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams, including consumer data management and outreach, marketing project management, print fulfillment, email/SMS operations, creative design, client services, IT, and external vendors, to optimize our CCM platform and communication deliverables
