The Sr. Sports Sponsorship Manager, Executive Hospitality, will lead the planning, development and execution of C-level hospitality and executive engagement programs across priority strategic sponsorship platforms and tentpole moments. This role is responsible for translating business objectives and executive priorities into thoughtfully curated, high-touch experiences that strengthen relationships and drive business outcomes with enterprise partners and customers, industry leaders, and influential media.
This role will oversee the full lifecycle of executive hospitality programs. From guest strategy and experience design to cross-functional coordination and performance tracking; ensuring each engagement is strategically aligned and flawlessly delivered. The role includes executive and media hosting at major tentpoles as well as support of long-term planning for global platforms such as LA28, operating with discretion in highly visible environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of C-level and media hospitality programs across priority sponsorship tentpoles, ensuring alignment to defined business objectives and executive priorities.
Translate enterprise relationship goals into curated guest strategies and bespoke executive engagement experiences that drive meaningful connection, business outcomes, and influence.
Own end-to-end program management for executive-hosted engagements, including experience design, executive briefings, run-of-show creation, budget management, and onsite leadership.
Partner with Sales and Executive stakeholders to recommend guest prioritization and ensure hosting supports relationship progression and measurable business impact.
Support long-term planning and execution for global platforms, including LA28, by developing integrated hospitality plans and coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
Serve as senior lead for executive and media hosting at tentpole programs, ensuring white-glove standards, discretion, and operational excellence.
Oversee agency partners, vendors, venues, and hospitality providers, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and delivery standards.
Track and report program KPIs, guest engagement outcomes, and post-event insights to inform continuous improvement and leadership visibility.
Partner closely with Communications and PR teams to integrate executive visibility and media engagement into hospitality programming.
Continuously refine executive hospitality processes, experience standards, and cross-functional coordination to elevate program consistency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in executive hospitality, strategic events, sponsorship marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven experience designing and executing high-touch, C-suite level engagement programs.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly visible, executive-facing environments with discretion and professionalism.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience partnering across Marketing, Communications, PR, Sales, and Executive teams.
Exceptional organizational and program management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and premium hospitality partners.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the development of executive briefings and presentations.
Strategic mindset with strong relationship management skills and attention to detail.
Strong ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional inputs
Education/Experience:
8+ years of relevant experience (brand marketing, sponsorship marketing, premium hospitality, agency, or enterprise engagement environments).
Experience working within large-scale enterprise organizations preferred.
General understanding of the North American sports and sponsorship landscape.
Familiarity with the wireless/technology industry and partnership integrations preferred.
Experience utilizing program management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, Monday.com) to drive cross-functional coordination and program visibility.
