Discover Impactful Work:

The Staff Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional product development programs from concept through commercial launch for the Molecular Biology business unit.

The successful candidate combines strong program management discipline with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, ensuring execution against scope, schedule, budget, and business goals while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and facilitating critical decisions across a matrixed organization.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, accountability, and execution to achieve program objectives.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Influence outcomes across a matrixed organization, balancing competing priorities and driving accountability.
  • Lead program governance and provide clear, actionable communication to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster continuous improvement in program management processes and execution.

Keys to Success:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required in the Life Sciences preferred.
  • 5 + years of combined product development and project management experience; preferred experience within life sciences.
  • PMP certification a plus.
