We are currently seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team at 111 Sign, Inc. As a full-color printing company based in Boston, Massachusetts, we are looking for a dedicated individual to provide administrative support remotely.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize virtual files and documents efficiently
• Coordinate virtual meetings and appointments
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, copying, and filing
• Support the team with any virtual administrative needs

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as email, video conferencing, and chat platforms
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Desired Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in virtual administrative support
• Experience working in a remote or virtual work environment
