Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Location: Irvine, CA 

Responsibilities

• Support three real estate agents
• Manage calendars, emails, and appointment scheduling
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors
• Conduct online and property research
• Assist with lead generation and qualification
• Create and maintain listings on Zillow, Craigslist, TurboTenant, Zumper, and Stessa
• Prepare and edit Word, Excel, and PDF documents
• Data entry, reporting, and general administrative support

Qualifications

• Previous Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience preferred
• Real estate experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities while working independently

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Must be available 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time
• Occasional weekend availability (3–4 hours as needed)

Compensation

• $40/hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• Up to $3,600 annual bonus opportunity
• Dental insurance
• Company laptop provided after the first 30 days
