Window Treatment Installer

What We Can Offer YOU:

• Mileage reimbursement
• 20-30 hours/week
• Pay: $35/hour

The right candidate will have:

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation preferred for site travel
• Proven construction site experience with familiarity in carpentry, remodeling, or handyman work
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing equipment, and fabrication machinery
• Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Our Window Treatment Installer will:

• Measure and access window spaces to determine the correct treatment options and installation requirements
• Read and interpret schematics, and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to install custom window treatments, including blinds, shades, drapes, and shutters.
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical assembly of window treatment components on-site while maintaining safety protocols
• Program remotes for motorized shades and setup phone applications for our clients
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with the finished product while adhering to schematics and design specifications
