Compensation: $90,000 – $150,000 annually (commission-based)

Position Overview

This is a full-time, outside sales role where you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present personalized bath remodeling solutions.

We provide the leads—you focus on what you do best: closing deals and helping customers transform their homes . Our proven sales system and training program are designed to set you up for success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home sales presentations using an iPad and company tools
• Design customized bath solutions using proprietary software
• Present pricing options and close sales during appointments
• Follow a proven sales process to maximize performance
• Attend weekly sales training and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident presentation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and outgoing demeanor
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits (California-Compliant)

• Expected annual earnings: $90,000 – $150,000
• Commission-based compensation (earnings not guaranteed and based on individual performance)
• Top performers may exceed the stated earnings range
