Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a senior Microsoft Power Platform developer with 8 to 10 years of overall experience in enterprise application development, including at least 5 years working with Power Platform.
• We need hands-on expertise with Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• We require experience with Azure Logic Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and App Services.
• We expect experience designing secure cloud-native solutions and integrating applications through REST APIs.
• We look for proven knowledge of Dataverse governance, security, and data modeling.
• We want someone who has worked closely with development, infrastructure, security, and network teams.
• We require experience creating and reviewing technical architecture and design documentation.
• We expect a strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, claims-based authentication, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, Azure Developer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Preferred: Experience with Dynamics 365 integration and customization, Power Platform Center of Excellence, Azure DevOps and Git source control, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Power BI Premium, workflow automation platforms, or prior work with state government agencies.

• We will have the candidate analyze, design, develop, test, and implement enterprise business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies.
• We will rely on the developer to build and maintain external-facing portals with Power Pages.
• We will expect them to develop and support business applications using Power Apps, both Canvas and Model-Driven.
• We will have them create workflow automation using Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
• We will need them to design and deliver integrations through Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
• We will have them work with Dataverse for data modeling, business rules, relationships, and security.
• We will expect them to build dashboards and analytics in Power BI.
• We will have them implement secure cloud solutions using Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• We will have them support ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps practices for Power Platform.
• We will expect them to maintain governance, security, compliance, and environment management.
• We will have them design intuitive web and mobile experiences.
• We will value experience with CheckMarx static code analysis and a willingness to adopt new Microsoft cloud technologies.
